Responsibilities:

• Daily cash reconciliation and POS reconciliation from each reception.
• Daily bank deposits of cash collections.
• Maintain accurate books of accounts and records related to banking transactions.
• Establish and monitor daily cash position of each till location.
• Comply with cash management and banking related financial policies and regulations.
• Track and manage all POS devices.
• Review and reconcile all EOD closed accounts daily.
• Prepare and generate POS reports.

Scope of Role: This role covers cashiering and banking of cash receipts across the Central region of My Clinic locations.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting.
• SOCPA registered and pursuing a relevant accounting qualification.
• Proficient in MS Excel and other office productivity tools.
