Position Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented ERP Analyst specializing in Oracle Fusion Human Capital Management (HCM) to join our dynamic team. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for configuring, supporting, and optimizing Oracle Fusion HCM modules to ensure seamless operations, data integrity, and strict adherence to Saudi regulatory requirements across all RSGT terminals. Your expertise will be instrumental in driving continuous improvement initiatives, enhancing system performance, and delivering exceptional user support to empower our global HR operations.
Key Responsibilities
The ERP Analyst - HCM will play a critical role in administering and enhancing Oracle Fusion HCM modules, including Core HR, Payroll, Absence Management, and Talent Management. Your core responsibilities will encompass:
- System Configuration & Optimization: Translate complex HR business requirements into precise HCM configurations and functional designs. Configure, test, and deploy HCM enhancements and new implementations to align with evolving organizational needs.
- Workflow & Compliance Management: Define HCM workflows, approval hierarchies, and notification rules to streamline HR processes. Ensure all configurations comply with Saudi labor laws, GOSI, ZATCA, and Muqeem regulations, maintaining up-to-date compliance standards.
- Data Integrity & Migration: Execute HCM data migration activities, including validation, mapping, and reconciliation, to ensure accuracy and consistency across systems. Conduct periodic data audits and implement corrective measures to uphold high data quality standards.
- Integration & Reporting: Manage critical integrations between Oracle Fusion HCM and external systems such as GOSI, ZATCA, Muqeem, and payroll banks. Develop and maintain OTBI, BI Publisher, and HCM Extract reports to generate actionable insights for HR decision-making.
- Stakeholder Collaboration & Support: Serve as the primary point of contact for HR users across all RSGT terminals, providing Level-1 and Level-2 support with a 30-minute response SLA. Collaborate with Oracle Support and external partners to resolve issues and implement necessary fixes. Train HR staff and end users on best practices to maximize system utilization.
- Project & Change Management: Lead HCM enhancement projects, ensuring timely delivery within scope and budget. Coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT), cutover planning, and post-go-live stabilization to ensure smooth transitions. Document HCM specifications and maintain comprehensive system documentation.
- Security & Compliance Oversight: Administer HCM security roles and user provisioning, ensuring strict adherence to PDPL compliance requirements. Conduct periodic Segregation of Duties (SoD) access reviews to mitigate risks and maintain audit readiness.
Performance Expectations
To excel in this role, you will be expected to meet the following performance indicators:
- Ensure Oracle HCM system availability of 99% or higher.
- Maintain a HCM data quality score of 95% or above, validated through OTBI reports.
- Achieve a user support SLA response time within 30 minutes while ensuring all compliance configurations remain current.
- Attain zero high-risk audit findings in HCM access management and PDPL compliance.
Qualifications & Experience
Education: A bachelor’s or master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field is required. Oracle Fusion HCM certification is highly preferred.
Skills & Attributes:
- Profound expertise in Oracle Fusion HCM modules, including Core HR, Payroll, Absence Management, and Talent Management.
- Strong configuration, testing, and user training capabilities within the Oracle Fusion HCM environment.
- Proficiency in developing OTBI, BI Publisher, and HCM Extract reports to support HR analytics and decision-making.
- In-depth knowledge of Saudi labor laws, GOSI, ZATCA, and Muqeem compliance requirements.
- Exceptional stakeholder communication skills to collaborate effectively with HR teams across multiple global locations.
Experience: A minimum of three years of hands-on experience with Oracle Fusion HCM, including at least one full go-live implementation, is required.
Competency Levels
The ideal candidate will demonstrate a blend of transactional, analytical, and advisory competencies:
- Transactional / Analytic: Ability to support Level-1 requests, generate standard OTBI and HCM Extract reports, and develop operational HR and payroll dashboards using Oracle Fusion analytics.
- Advisory / Operational Management: Advanced functional expertise in HCM configuration across multiple modules, with the capability to perform Level-2 troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and configuration fixes. Build analytical HR reports to support strategic decision-making.
- Expert / Advanced: Comprehensive expertise in the full Oracle HCM suite, including integrations, fast formulas, and payroll configuration. Lead HCM implementation phases and design solutions for complex HR requirements. Deliver workforce analytics and intelligence to support executive and HR leadership decisions.
