Your Mission

As an Application Support Engineer, you will be responsible for providing exceptional technical support and solutions to our clients, ensuring the smooth deployment, configuration, and maintenance of Seclore’s products. Your role will involve interpreting complex client environments, designing tailored architecture documents, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative and reliable solutions. This position is ideal for individuals who are not only technically proficient but also excel in building strong customer relationships and driving customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Technical Expertise: Demonstrate a deep understanding of web servers and application servers, including Apache, Tomcat, and IIS. Configure and manage these systems to ensure optimal performance and security.
• Architecture Design: Analyze client environments to create detailed design and architecture documents for the implementation of Seclore products, ensuring alignment with business and security requirements.
• System Configuration: Maintain comprehensive knowledge of configuration parameters, SSL, Exchange, DNS, firewall concepts, DMZ, proxy, and reverse proxy to troubleshoot and resolve issues efficiently.
• Problem Solving: Exhibit proactive thinking and a “can-do” attitude to address technical challenges, leveraging analytical skills and problem-solving abilities to deliver timely solutions.
• Collaboration & Communication: Work closely with internal teams and clients to ensure clear and effective communication, both verbally and in writing. Foster a collaborative environment that prioritizes customer service and satisfaction.
• Security & Compliance: Apply a strong understanding of computer security procedures, protocols, and industry best practices. Utilize knowledge of databases such as Oracle and MSSQL, as well as LDAP, to enhance system security and performance.
• Operating Systems Proficiency: Possess hands-on experience with server operating systems, including Windows Server and Linux distributions. Industry certifications such as MCSE, MCP, or RHEL are highly desirable.
• Language Skills: Fluency in Arabic is required to effectively engage with clients and stakeholders in the region.
