Takamol Ventures is seeking a seasoned professional to lead our Venture Capital investment activities. The Direct Investments Manager will play a pivotal role in sourcing, evaluating, executing, managing, and creating value in our investment portfolio.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain strategic relationships with founders, VC firms, accelerators, incubators, and ecosystem partners.
• Source and evaluate high-quality investment opportunities aligned with our investment strategy.
• Build and manage a robust pipeline of investment opportunities.
• Conduct comprehensive market, competitive, commercial, financial, and strategic analyses of potential investments.
• Prepare financial models, valuation analyses, and investment memos.
• Lead negotiations of investment terms and transaction documentation.
• Monitor portfolio company performance and provide strategic support.
• Coordinate value creation initiatives across Takamol’s ecosystem.
• Prepare portfolio performance updates and investor reports.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. MBA, CFA, CAIA, or other relevant professional qualifications are preferred.
• 5-10 years of experience in venture capital, private equity, investment banking, management consulting, startup accelerators or incubators, entrepreneurship, or other investment and innovation-related roles.
• Fluent in English, both written and verbal.
