Key Responsibilities

The License Owner will play a critical role in the following areas:

• Regulatory Compliance: Ensure full adherence to Saudi Arabian and international licensing laws, including obtaining, renewing, and maintaining all necessary licenses and permits for Stranger Soccer’s operations in Jeddah.
• Strategic Partnerships: Identify, negotiate, and cultivate relationships with key stakeholders, including government entities, regulatory bodies, and industry partners to secure favorable licensing terms and expand business opportunities.
• License Portfolio Management: Oversee the entire lifecycle of licensing agreements, from initial application to renewal, ensuring timely submissions, accurate documentation, and proactive risk mitigation.
• Business Development: Collaborate with the commercial and legal teams to explore new licensing avenues, assess market trends, and recommend strategies to enhance revenue streams and brand presence in Jeddah.
• Risk Assessment and Mitigation: Conduct thorough due diligence on potential licensing partners and agreements, identifying legal, financial, or operational risks and implementing mitigation strategies to safeguard the company’s interests.

Qualifications and Skills

Candidates for the License Owner role in Jeddah should meet the following criteria:
