Role Overview

Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for the following core duties:

• Relationship Management: Develop and nurture strong, professional relationships with healthcare professionals, including doctors, pharmacists, and key opinion leaders, to foster trust and credibility in our products.
• Product Promotion: Deliver compelling scientific detailing and product presentations to healthcare providers, emphasizing the unique benefits and clinical advantages of our pharmaceutical offerings.
• Sales Achievement: Meet and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets by strategically planning and executing territory-specific business initiatives.
• Market Intelligence: Monitor and analyze competitor activities, emerging market trends, and customer feedback, providing actionable insights to senior management to inform strategic decision-making.
• Reporting & Compliance: Ensure accurate and timely documentation of field activities, customer interactions, and sales performance using the company’s CRM system, while strictly adhering to compliance requirements and ethical standards.
• Event Coordination: Organize and actively participate in medical meetings, product launches, and promotional events to maximize brand visibility and engagement within the healthcare community.
• Knowledge Management: Maintain an in-depth understanding of assigned products, therapeutic areas, and relevant market developments to deliver accurate and persuasive information to stakeholders.
• Operational Excellence: Demonstrate strong analytical, planning, and organizational skills to optimize territory coverage and identify new business opportunities.

Qualifications & Skills

To qualify for this role, candidates must meet the following criteria:

• Educational Background: Hold a Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Medicine, Dentistry, or a related field within the Life Sciences.
• Industry Experience: Possess prior experience as a Medical Representative or in a similar pharmaceutical sales role, with a proven track record of achieving sales targets.
• Therapeutic Expertise: Familiarity with one or more therapeutic areas, such as Ophthalmology, Primary Care, Dermatology, CNS, Cardiovascular, Diabetes, Gastroenterology, or other specialty fields, is highly advantageous.
• Core Competencies: Exhibit exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with healthcare professionals and build long-term relationships.
• Analytical & Organizational Skills: Demonstrate proficiency in strategic planning, problem-solving, and time management to drive business growth and operational efficiency.
• Mobility & Compliance: Hold a valid Saudi driving license and be willing to travel extensively within the assigned territory to meet with clients and attend events.
