Enterprise Architecture Manager

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Enterprise Architecture Manager to oversee end-to-end solution development and drive organizational system enhancement by managing architectural blueprints that align with business requirements.

• IT Architecture Design:
  • Manage and drive implementation of architectural blueprints across multiple technology domains.
  • Compile, deliver, and evangelize end-to-end architectural blueprints and roadmaps.
  • Serve as a subject matter expert, guiding technology strategy and offering ideas across domains.
• Solution Development Support:
  • Guide delivery leads and solution delivery partners in creating overall solution architecture.
  • Manage infrastructure teams to fit infrastructure to the overall architecture and identify necessary modifications.
  • Provide architecture governance throughout the project delivery lifecycle.
  • Collaborate with business development and key stakeholders to develop solution proposals and architecture options.
• Capability Development:
  • Monitor team members on best practices and communicate enterprise-wide issues.
  • Define technical specifications for RFIs and RFPs, and moderate proposal evaluations.
• Reporting:
  • Review and approve statements and reports to ensure accuracy and timely publication.
• Team Leadership and Collaboration:
  • Organize and supervise team activities to ensure efficient work and adherence to operating procedures and policy.

Job Requirements:

• Saudi Nationality
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, IT, or a related field (advanced certifications are a plus)
• Minimum of 5-8 years of experience in IT Architecture, with at least 3 years in a managerial or leadership role
• Knowledge of banking IT architecture and operations
• Experience in translating business needs into IT systems and operations
• Advanced communication, negotiation, planning, and organizing skills
• Location: Jeddah
