We are actively seeking an experienced and dynamic Engineering Manager to lead multidisciplinary engineering teams across these high-impact projects, ensuring technical excellence, operational efficiency, and adherence to world-class standards.

Key Responsibilities

As an Engineering Manager, you will be at the forefront of project delivery, overseeing critical aspects of engineering execution from inception to completion. Your role will encompass the following core responsibilities:

• Leadership of Multidisciplinary Teams: Provide strategic direction and technical leadership to engineering teams, fostering collaboration and innovation to achieve project objectives.
• Engineering Design Coordination: Spearhead the coordination of engineering designs, ensuring alignment with project specifications, regulatory requirements, and client expectations.
• Technical Reviews and Approvals: Conduct rigorous technical reviews and approve shop drawings, ensuring compliance with design standards and mitigating potential risks.
• Stakeholder Management: Act as the primary interface between consultants, contractors, and clients, facilitating seamless communication and resolving technical or operational challenges.
• Quality Assurance and Programme Delivery: Champion engineering quality, programme adherence, and technical compliance, driving continuous improvement and efficiency across all project phases.
• Project Planning and Risk Management: Collaborate with project teams to develop robust project plans, identify potential risks, and implement mitigation strategies to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery.
• Engineering Governance: Establish and maintain engineering governance frameworks, ensuring adherence to industry best practices, safety protocols, and regulatory standards.

Ideal Candidate Profile

To excel in this role, you will bring a wealth of experience and expertise to the table. The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications and attributes:

• Extensive Engineering Experience: A minimum of 15 years in the engineering field, with a proven track record in leadership roles such as Engineering Manager, Design Manager, or Technical Manager.
• Multidisciplinary Leadership: Demonstrated ability to lead and inspire multidisciplinary engineering teams, fostering a culture of innovation, accountability, and excellence.
• Large-Scale Project Delivery: Hands-on experience in delivering large-scale infrastructure or major construction programmes, with a focus on complex and high-impact projects.
• Regional Expertise: Familiarity with the Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC) region, with a preference for candidates with direct experience in Saudi Arabia’s dynamic and evolving market.
• Professional Registration: Registration with the Saudi Council of Engineers (SCE) is highly advantageous and will be considered a strong asset.
