Product Specialist

The Product Specialist is responsible for driving sales targets and implementing sales strategies for assigned NewBridge Neuropsychiatry Products within Saudi Arabia, focusing on sales volume, customer growth, and customer satisfaction, in alignment with agreed commercial and account plans.

Required Competencies, Qualifications, and Experience:

• Graduate with a Medical Professional Degree (e.g., Pharmacy, Medicine)
• Minimum of two years of proven success as a Medical Representative or Product Specialist in an MNC Pharmaceutical/healthcare company
• Past experience working within Neuropsychiatry, Neuroscience, or Psychiatry is preferred

Responsibilities & Accountabilities:

• Sales Target:
• Implement key sales plans for customers in the allocated area
• Achieve business results and sales quotas for respective products
• Work with the Line Manager to implement product sales and marketing strategies
• Monitor sales against forecast and participate in determining market potential
• Ensure the product mix of sales aligns with the cycle plan and defined annual objectives
• Customer Relationships:
• Prepare customer lists and agree on visit frequency
• Conduct customer visits and deliver effective sales presentations
• Achieve OCE Reporting KPIs and synchronize results with the Line Manager
• Evaluate customers and advise on changes in classification
• Develop strategic customer alliances and long-term relationships
• Maintain relationships with relevant functions in the healthcare system
• Analyze account attractiveness and establish relationships with key decision-makers
• Ensure compliance with NewBridge’s Code of Business Conduct and Core Values
• Formulary Enlisting:
• Work with cross-functional teams to enlist products in key centers and tenders
• Marketing Activities & Opportunity:
• Conduct brand activities and identify new opportunities for products
• Feedback:
• Provide market feedback and competitive activities to the Line Manager
• Maintain a watching brief on developments and provide improvement actions
