Care Education Expert - Sephora Middle East

Sephora, a pioneer in prestige beauty retail, is seeking a dedicated and passionate Care Education Expert to join our team in Sephora University, Jeddah. As part of our mission to champion a world of inspiration and inclusion, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the learning and development of our store team in the KSA West region.

• Key Responsibilities:
• Implement regional training initiatives, deliver training modules, provide in-store coaching, and assess store team performance (approx. 70% of time).
• Collaborate with Retail & Store Managers to support talent development and align on feedback and development plans.
• Build and manage the annual training calendar and budget for the KSA West region.
• Deliver Sephora University Skincare & Haircare training modules, support brand training organization, and manage related admin tasks.
• Strengthen and develop Skincare Experts in the KSA West region, and increase Skincare & Haircare expertise through teaching and coaching.
• Support Skincare & Haircare brand training events, digital training, and masterclass training.
• Travel frequently within the West region of KSA, and occasionally to the Central and/or East regions.
