System Integration Analyst

Position Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced System Integration Analyst with deep expertise in SAP Cloud Platform Integration (CPI), ABAP, and OData development to spearhead the design, development, and support of enterprise-wide integration solutions. This pivotal role will focus on creating scalable, secure, and high-performance integrations that bridge SAP and non-SAP systems across cloud and on-premise environments. The successful candidate will play a critical part in driving digital transformation initiatives by architecting robust integration solutions and fostering technical innovation to enhance operational efficiency and connectivity.

Key Responsibilities

The System Integration Analyst will be responsible for the following core functions:

• Integration Development & Deployment: Design, develop, and deploy integration flows using SAP Cloud Platform Integration (CPI) / Integration Suite to facilitate seamless data exchange between disparate systems.
• Interface Management: Build and maintain robust interfaces between SAP and non-SAP systems, ensuring reliable data synchronization and operational continuity across hybrid environments.
• OData & API Development: Design, develop, and maintain OData services using SAP Gateway to enable API-driven integrations and enhance system interoperability.
• Protocol & Service Integration: Develop and support integrations leveraging IDoc, RFC, REST, SOAP, and API-based services to ensure comprehensive connectivity and data flow.
• Middleware Configuration: Configure CPI adapters, including OData, SOAP, REST, IDoc, SFTP, and other middleware components, to support diverse integration requirements.
• Data Transformation & Troubleshooting: Perform message mapping, data transformation, and integration troubleshooting to resolve connectivity issues and optimize performance.
• Performance Monitoring & Security: Monitor integration performance, proactively address interface and connectivity issues, and implement secure authentication, authorization, and communication protocols to safeguard data integrity.
• Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with functional and technical stakeholders to translate complex business requirements into scalable, efficient technical solutions that align with organizational objectives.
• Testing & Documentation: Support end-to-end testing cycles, deployment activities, and post-go-live stabilization efforts, while maintaining comprehensive technical documentation for future reference.
• Continuous Improvement: Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to refine integration architecture, enhance system performance, and drive operational excellence.

Qualifications & Skills

To excel in this role, candidates must meet the following requirements:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• Experience: Minimum of 4+ years of hands-on experience in SAP CPI / SAP Integration Suite development, with a proven track record in designing and implementing enterprise integration solutions.
• Technical Expertise:
  • Strong proficiency in SAP Gateway and OData service development, including SEGW, service registration, testing, and debugging.
  • Hands-on experience with REST and SOAP web services.
  • Deep understanding of integration patterns, message mapping, and data transformation techniques.
  • Experience integrating SAP systems such as SAP S/4HANA or SAP ECC.
  • Knowledge of authentication and security mechanisms, including OAuth, certificates, and Basic Authentication.
• Problem-Solving & Collaboration: Exceptional troubleshooting, debugging, and analytical problem-solving skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, cross-functional team environment.
• ABAP Development: Prior experience in ABAP development and backend integration support is highly advantageous.
