We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Senior Oncology Product Specialist to drive sales and growth within our company's oncology portfolio in the Western region of Saudi Arabia. This role is instrumental in achieving communicated sales targets and executing territory sales plans.

The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of the oncology landscape, with a proven track record in pharmaceutical sales. They will be responsible for:

• Achieving sales targets and executing territory sales plans.
• Identifying and engaging with key opinion leaders, decision-makers, and multidisciplinary team members to maximize sales and growth.
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams and supporting marketing efforts to drive business outcomes.
• Maintaining a competitive landscape and clinical perspective within assigned cancer institutions.
• Ensuring adherence to high ethical standards and maintaining excellent understanding of institutional processes.
• Managing inventory levels in collaboration with market access and logistics colleagues.

Candidates should have:

• 2-3 years of experience in a pharmaceutical company, with a preference for oncology and West Region experience.
• A university degree in a relevant healthcare or pharmacy field.
• The ability to interact effectively with all levels of customers.

Required skills include account management, adaptability, business management, collaboration, CRM, data analysis, interpersonal relationships, market analysis, sales pipeline management, and sales territory management.
