Senior Accountant

Senior Accountant - Riyadh Office

We are seeking an experienced Senior Accountant to oversee and manage our Riyadh office's day-to-day accounting operations. This role encompasses the entire accounting cycle, from transaction processing to finalization, and ensures compliance with Saudi regulatory bodies such as ZATCA, VAT, Corporate Tax, and Zakat.

• Manage daily accounting operations including General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, bank reconciliations, and month-end closing.
• Prepare financial statements and finalize the full accounting cycle.
• Deliver Management Information System (MIS) reports to support management decision-making.
• Handle ZATCA compliance, including VAT returns, Corporate Tax, and Zakat calculations and filings.
• Ensure compliance with Saudi regulations, accounting standards, and internal controls.
• Coordinate with auditors, tax consultants, and regulatory authorities.
• Support project budgeting, cash flow management, and financial reporting.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Professional qualification (ACCA, CMA, or equivalent) preferred.
• 5-8+ years of accounting experience with strong knowledge of Saudi accounting standards, ZATCA regulations, VAT, Corporate Tax, and Zakat.
• Proficiency with ERP systems and advanced Microsoft Excel.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
