Recreation Experience Expert - Shura Island, The Red Sea

We are seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic Recreation Experience Expert to join our team at Shura Island, The Red Sea. This role is pivotal in facilitating all recreational activities offered at the property.

Provide guests with information about available recreational facilities, such as swimming pools, beaches, entertainment zones, gyms, and children's activity centers.
Motivate, recruit, register, and organize guests to participate in recreational activities.
Create a fun and relaxing atmosphere for guests.
Promote and enforce safety and wellness regulations for recreational facilities.
Monitor recreational facility activities and respond appropriately to emergencies according to local operating procedures.
Operate as a cashier in facilities that involve point-of-sale transactions.
Assist with private group and event functions within recreational facilities.
Identify and report any unsafe activity situations to the supervisor/manager.
Provide first aid assistance to injured guests until medical emergency services arrive.
Maintain cleanliness and upkeep of recreational facilities, equipment, and supplies.
Report accidents, injuries, and unsafe work conditions to the manager; complete safety training and certifications.
Adhere to company policies and procedures, maintain a clean and professional uniform and personal appearance, maintain confidentiality, and protect company assets.
Welcome and attend to all guests according to company standards, anticipate and meet guests' service needs, assist guests with disabilities, and express genuine appreciation.
Communicate clearly and professionally with others, handle telephone calls appropriately.
Develop and maintain positive work relationships, support team members to achieve common goals.
Process payments for equipment rentals, recreational activities, facility rentals, or retail sales.
Ensure compliance with quality expectations and standards.
Read and visually verify information in various formats, inspect tools, equipment, or machines visually, use computers or point-of-sale systems to enter and locate work-related information.
Stand, sit, or walk for extended periods or throughout the entire work shift. Move, lift, transport, push, pull, or place objects weighing up to 25 pounds (11 kg) without assistance and over 25 pounds (11 kg) with assistance. Grasp, turn, and manipulate objects of various sizes and weights, requiring hand-eye coordination and fine motor skills. Move through elevated, confined, or narrow spaces. Move over slippery, uneven, or inclined surfaces, and climb stairs or service ramps.
Reach above shoulder height and below the knees, including bending, twisting, crawling, and stooping. Perform other reasonable work tasks as requested.
