We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Credit Manager to join our team at The Ritz-Carlton, Jeddah, Saudi Arabia. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in credit management and a proven track record in a similar role.

• Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement credit policies and procedures.
• Monitor and analyze credit risk, ensuring the company's financial health.
• Manage the collection of outstanding debts and maintain relationships with debtors.
• Prepare and review financial reports and statements.
• Collaborate with various departments to ensure accurate and timely financial information.
• Stay updated with industry trends and regulatory changes.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• Proven experience of at least 5 years in a similar role.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Fluency in Arabic and English.
• Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and ERP systems.
• Saudi Nationality.
