Join Raytheon in the beautiful city of Al Khobar, Saudi Arabia, as a Senior Manufacturing Engineer (Onsite).

Responsible for leading and managing the manufacturing engineering activities for a specific product line or process.
Develops, implements, and maintains manufacturing processes, ensuring they meet quality, cost, and schedule requirements.
Works closely with cross-functional teams, including operations, supply chain, and engineering, to drive continuous improvement and achieve operational excellence.
Provides technical guidance and mentoring to junior engineers and team members.
Requires a Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field, with a minimum of 7 years of relevant experience. A Master's degree would be an asset.
Proven experience in manufacturing engineering, with a strong background in process improvement, lean manufacturing, and Six Sigma.
Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills are essential for this role.
