Key Responsibilities

As the Divisional Electrical Engineering Manager, you will be responsible for leading a dynamic team of electrical engineers and technicians, ensuring the seamless execution of projects and maintenance activities across our farming operations. Your core duties will include:

• Strategic Leadership: Develop and implement electrical engineering strategies aligned with Almarai’s long-term business objectives, focusing on innovation, sustainability, and cost-effectiveness.

Qualifications & Experience

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field. A Master’s degree or professional certifications (e.g., PMP, PE) are advantageous.
• Experience: Minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in electrical engineering, with at least 5 years in a managerial or leadership role within the agricultural, industrial, or energy sectors.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in electrical system design, power distribution, automation, and control systems. Familiarity with renewable energy technologies (e.g., solar, wind) is highly desirable.
