Key Responsibilities

As an AI Implementation Specialist, your core responsibilities will include:

• Designing and Optimizing AI-Powered Clinical Documentation Workflows: Develop, document, and continuously refine AI Note Templates that support clinical users throughout the patient journey, ensuring seamless integration into existing workflows.
• Building Structured AI Workflows: Utilize GPT-based technologies to create advanced workflows, including prompt chains, output contracts, and intermediate reasoning structures that enhance reliability and scalability.
• Creating and Maintaining Retrieval-Ready Knowledge Assets: Develop structured knowledge assets using formats such as JSON, ontologies, tagging systems, and retrieval schemas to ensure efficient and accurate data retrieval.
• Transforming Clinical Resources into Governed AI Knowledge Structures: Convert trusted clinical resources, protocols, articles, and educational materials into structured, governed AI knowledge systems that support clinical decision-making.
• Developing AI Note-Generation Architectures: Design comprehensive AI note-generation systems that incorporate templates, provider preferences, clinical rules, retrieval boundaries, patient-specific context, and human review processes to ensure high-quality outputs.
• Collaborating with Cross-Functional Teams: Partner with product, engineering, and clinical teams to define AI strategy, improve intelligent clinical features, and align AI solutions with organizational goals.
• Enhancing AI-Generated Outputs: Transform raw AI-generated responses into polished clinical artifacts that meet the standards of healthcare professionals and improve documentation quality.
• Supporting Prototype Development: Contribute to the development of prototypes and technical implementations to validate and refine AI solutions before full-scale deployment.
• Designing Safety Frameworks and Guardrails: Establish safety frameworks and guardrails that enhance AI consistency, explainability, and provider confidence, ensuring that AI systems operate within defined boundaries.
• Contributing to Clinical Intelligence Solutions: Develop and refine clinical intelligence solutions such as pre-visit summaries, encounter documentation, lab analysis, treatment insights, and follow-up workflows to streamline clinical operations.

Requirements

• Proven Experience in Structured AI Workflows: A strong background in designing structured AI workflows, moving beyond simple free-text prompting to create scalable and reliable systems.
• Hands-On Experience with AI Technologies: Practical experience with prompt engineering, AI workflow design, or applied AI systems, including the ability to implement and optimize these technologies in real-world scenarios.
