As our Chief Accountant, you will oversee all accounting operations, ensuring accurate financial statements, monthly and annual closing reports, and supporting budgeting and forecasting activities. You will ensure compliance with local accounting standards, tax regulations, and internal controls, while coordinating with external auditors and regulatory bodies. Your daily responsibilities will include monitoring cash flow, analyzing financial data, guiding the accounting team, improving financial processes, and providing timely financial insights for decision-making.

• Proven proficiency in financial accounting, general ledger management, and financial reporting.
• 4 to 6 years of relevant experience.
• Experience in budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis to support strategic decision-making.
• Knowledge of local tax regulations, compliance requirements, and internal control frameworks.
• Hands-on experience with accounting software, ERP systems, and advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
• Proven ability to lead, mentor, and develop an accounting team in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills, with attention to detail and accuracy.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English; Arabic language skills are an advantage.
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; professional certifications (e.g., CPA, CMA) are preferred.
• Relevant experience as a senior accountant or chief accountant, ideally within wholesale, distribution, or automotive sectors.
