Position Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Finance Manager to join our dynamic team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This pivotal role will be responsible for overseeing all financial planning, budgeting, reporting, compliance, and operational activities while providing strategic insights to drive organizational growth and sustainability. Key Responsibilities

The Finance Manager will play a critical role in shaping the financial health of the organization by executing the following responsibilities:

• Financial Planning & Budgeting: Lead the development, implementation, and monitoring of comprehensive financial plans and budgets to ensure alignment with organizational objectives and regulatory requirements.
• Financial Reporting: Prepare and present accurate, timely, and compliant monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports, including income statements, balance sheets, cash flow statements, and variance analyses.
• Cash Flow & Performance Management: Monitor and optimize cash flow, liquidity, and financial performance to support operational continuity and strategic investments.
• Regulatory Compliance: Ensure full adherence to International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS), local regulatory frameworks, and internal company policies to mitigate financial and legal risks.
• Audit & Tax Management: Oversee external and internal audits, tax filings, and compliance documentation to maintain transparency and regulatory alignment.
• Financial Forecasting & Modeling: Develop robust financial forecasts, business models, and scenario analyses to guide executive decision-making and long-term planning.
• Cost & Profitability Analysis: Monitor operational costs, identify inefficiencies, and recommend corrective actions to enhance profitability and financial sustainability.
• Team Leadership & Development: Lead, mentor, and inspire the finance team to foster a high-performance culture, ensuring professional growth and alignment with organizational goals.
• Strategic Collaboration: Partner with executive leadership to provide financial insights, support strategic initiatives, and contribute to the organization’s long-term vision.

Qualifications & Experience

To excel in this role, candidates must meet the following criteria:

• Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field from a recognized institution.
• Professional Certifications: Preferred certifications include CPA (Certified Public Accountant), SOCPA (Saudi Organization for Certified Public Accountants), ACCA (Association of Chartered Certified Accountants), or CMA (Certified Management Accountant).
• Professional Experience: Minimum of 7 years of progressive experience in finance and accounting, with a proven track record in financial management, reporting, and strategic planning.
• Technical Proficiency: In-depth knowledge of financial reporting standards, budgeting, forecasting, and ERP systems. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial modeling tools is essential.
