With 354 employees across 7 countries and a consolidated turnover of over 100M in 2022, we're seeking a dynamic Procurement Officer to join our team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.

Your Role:

• Support the Procurement Manager in strategic planning.
• Prepare stock analysis reports and monitor inventory levels.
• Manage the requisition process, including reviewing proformas, issuing purchase orders, and maintaining purchase order accuracy.
• Ensure product delivery according to scheduling and coordinate with suppliers.
• Maintain an updated supplier database and handle customs documentation.
• Provide exceptional customer service by handling inquiries and ensuring compliance with special orders.

Your Profile:

• 2 to 4 years of stock management or goods purchasing experience.
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• Fluency in English and Arabic.
• Strong analytical, planning, and organizational skills.
• Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills, with the ability to multitask and meet deadlines.
