Role Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Project Manager to join our team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time, on-site position will play a pivotal role in overseeing the planning, execution, and successful delivery of entertainment-related projects. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing project timelines, budgets, and resources while ensuring alignment with organizational objectives and industry standards. This role demands a proactive approach to project coordination, risk management, and stakeholder engagement, with a strong emphasis on maintaining compliance and driving efficiency throughout the project lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities

• Project Planning and Execution: Develop and implement comprehensive project plans, including timelines, milestones, and resource allocation, to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of projects.
• Progress Tracking and Reporting: Monitor project progress through regular updates, identify potential risks or bottlenecks, and implement corrective actions to mitigate challenges and maintain project momentum.
• Stakeholder Collaboration: Act as a liaison between internal teams—such as production, finance, and logistics—and external partners, ensuring seamless communication, documentation, and alignment of expectations.
• Expediting and Inspection: Oversee expediting activities to monitor deliverables, follow up on pending tasks, and ensure adherence to project timelines. Conduct quality inspections to verify compliance with industry standards and project specifications.
• Logistics Management: Coordinate the procurement, transportation, and distribution of materials and resources across multiple locations, optimizing efficiency and minimizing delays.
• Compliance and Quality Assurance: Ensure all project activities comply with internal policies, regulatory requirements, and industry best practices, maintaining a high standard of quality throughout the project lifecycle.
• Continuous Improvement: Contribute to the enhancement of project management methodologies within the organization by identifying opportunities for process optimization and implementing best practices.

Qualifications and Skills

• Project Management Expertise: Proven experience in project management, including planning, coordination, and execution, with a track record of delivering projects on time and within budget.
• Expediting and Inspection Skills: Strong ability to monitor deliverables, expedite pending tasks, and conduct thorough inspections to ensure quality and compliance with project standards.
• Logistics Coordination: Experience in managing logistics operations, including procurement, transportation, and resource allocation, to support project objectives.
• Organizational and Time-Management Abilities: Exceptional attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Communication Proficiency: Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; fluency in Arabic is a valuable asset for engaging with local stakeholders and partners.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Experience working with diverse teams across entertainment, media, or related industries, fostering collaboration and alignment toward common goals.
• Educational Background: A bachelor’s degree in a relevant field such as Business Administration, Project Management, Engineering, or a related discipline. Professional certifications (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2) and hands-on experience with project management tools are highly desirable.
