Key Responsibilities

In this full-time position, you will serve as the welcoming face of Leejam Sports, ensuring a seamless and positive experience for all visitors. Your core responsibilities will include:

• Member and Guest Services: Greet members and guests with professionalism and warmth, providing assistance with inquiries, membership details, and facility directions. Handle check-ins, check-outs, and guest registrations efficiently and accurately.
• Administrative Support: Manage front desk operations, including answering and directing phone calls, handling emails, and maintaining accurate records of visitor logs, messages, and inquiries. Ensure all administrative tasks are completed in a timely and organized manner.
• Facility Coordination: Liaise with internal teams, such as fitness instructors, management, and maintenance staff, to ensure smooth operations and address any member concerns promptly. Assist in coordinating events, classes, or facility tours as needed.
• Cash Handling and Payments: Process membership fees, guest passes, and other transactions with precision and confidentiality. Maintain a secure and organized cash drawer while adhering to company financial policies.
• Health and Safety Compliance: Uphold the highest standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and safety within the facility. Ensure compliance with all health and wellness protocols to provide a secure environment for members and staff.
• Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with members by addressing feedback, resolving issues, and fostering a welcoming atmosphere. Act as a brand ambassador for Leejam Sports, embodying our commitment to excellence and member satisfaction.

Qualifications and Skills

To excel in this role, you should possess the following qualifications and attributes:

• A high school diploma or equivalent; a bachelor’s degree in business administration, hospitality, or a related field is a plus.
• Proven experience in a customer service or receptionist role, preferably in a fitness, hospitality, or corporate environment.
• Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, with fluency in Arabic and English; additional languages are advantageous.
• Strong organizational abilities, with the capacity to multitask in a fast-paced setting while maintaining attention to detail.
• Proficiency in using office software, such as Microsoft Office Suite, and familiarity with point-of-sale (POS) systems or membership management software.
