RAWAJ, a leading hospitality and hotel company based in Saudi Arabia, is seeking a strategic and innovative Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong financial background, proven leadership skills, and a deep understanding of the hospitality industry.

The CFO will be responsible for leading the finance function, driving financial strategy, and ensuring the financial health of the organization. This role requires a proactive and forward-thinking individual who can effectively manage a team, build strong relationships with stakeholders, and provide insightful financial analysis to support business decisions.

• Key responsibilities include:
• Developing and implementing financial strategies that support the company's growth and expansion.
• Managing the financial planning and analysis function, including budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
• Overseeing the accounting, treasury, and tax functions to ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations.
• Leading the financial due diligence process for mergers and acquisitions.
• Building and maintaining strong relationships with investors, lenders, and other stakeholders.
• Providing financial insights and recommendations to support strategic decision-making.

To be successful in this role, the ideal candidate will have:

• A bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field, with a CPA or equivalent designation.
• At least 10 years of progressive experience in finance, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role within the hospitality industry.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a proven track record of driving financial performance.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and manage high-performing teams.
• Fluency in English and Arabic is required.
• Proven experience working in the Middle East is preferred.
