Digital Strategist – Driving Digital Transformation Through Data-Driven Insights

We are looking for a forward-thinking Digital Strategist to join our team as a Digital Performance & Impact Specialist. In this pivotal role, you will play a key part in measuring, evaluating, and optimizing our digital transformation initiatives by leveraging key performance indicators (KPIs), performance monitoring frameworks, and impact assessments. Your expertise will directly contribute to shaping data-driven strategies that enhance operational efficiency, digital maturity, and overall business impact. Key Responsibilities

• Define and Monitor Digital Performance Indicators: Establish clear and measurable KPIs that align with organizational goals and digital transformation objectives. Continuously track performance against these metrics to ensure progress and identify deviations.
• Develop Dashboards and Performance Reports: Design and maintain intuitive, real-time dashboards using tools such as Power BI to visualize performance trends, digital maturity levels, and transformation outcomes. Ensure reports are accessible and actionable for stakeholders at all levels.
• Measure Digital Maturity and Transformation Outcomes: Conduct comprehensive assessments to evaluate the organization’s digital maturity. Analyze the effectiveness of digital initiatives and provide insights into areas for improvement and innovation.
• Analyze KPIs and Identify Improvement Opportunities: Perform in-depth data analysis to uncover trends, patterns, and inefficiencies. Recommend strategic improvements to enhance digital performance, user experience, and business outcomes.
• Support Data-Driven Decision Making: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate data insights into actionable strategies. Provide evidence-based recommendations to senior leadership to guide investment and prioritization decisions.
• Prepare Executive Reports and Presentations: Develop high-impact executive summaries and presentations that clearly communicate performance results, insights, and recommendations. Tailor messaging to resonate with diverse audiences, from technical teams to C-level executives.
• Monitor Project Performance and Benefits Realization: Track the progress of digital transformation projects, ensuring alignment with business objectives. Evaluate the realization of intended benefits and report on ROI to stakeholders.

Job Requirements

Education

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Information Systems, Business Administration, Statistics, Data Analytics, Industrial Engineering, or a closely related field.

Experience

• 2–4 years of professional experience in Performance Management, KPI Management, Project Management Office (PMO), Business Intelligence, Data Analysis, Digital Transformation, or a related analytical field.

Preferred Skills

• Strong proficiency in KPI development and performance measurement frameworks.
• Experience in designing and maintaining dashboard reports using tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or similar platforms.
• Expertise in data analysis, including statistical modeling and trend identification.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables, VLOOKUP, and complex formulas.
• Familiarity with digital transformation methodologies and frameworks.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills to articulate complex data insights to non-technical audiences.
