Government Affairs & Regional Public Affairs Head – KSA

Join our Corporate Functions team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, on a hybrid work style, driving Sanofi's Government Affairs and Institutional Relations agenda across the Kingdom. As the head of this role, you will build strong, credible, and long-term relationships with key stakeholders, including government bodies, regulators, and national institutions, to enable sustainable access, health-system strengthening, and innovation adoption across all Sanofi GBUs.

• Represent Sanofi in strategic forums aligned with Vision 2030 and national health-transformation priorities.
• Monitor KSA policy developments and provide strategic impact assessments for all GBUs.
• Lead or support submissions, position papers, and consultations on pricing, regulation, localization, and digital health strategies.
• Drive advocacy strategies aligned with national health priorities and build partnerships with local industry associations.
• Provide policy intelligence and insights to country cross-functional leadership.
• Support crisis-management processes and ensure full compliance with Sanofi's external-engagement and ethical-governance standards.

To succeed in this role, you should have:

• 6–10 years of experience in Government Affairs, Public Policy, or related roles within Saudi Arabia.
• A strong understanding of the Saudi health system and Vision 2030 programs.
• Excellent communication skills, business acumen, and the ability to work cross-functionally.
• Fluency in both Arabic and English.
• A Bachelor's degree in Public Policy, International Relations, or a related field; an advanced degree is preferred.
• A proven track record of building credible relationships with senior government officials.
