Key Responsibilities

As a Quality and Compliance Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring that our operations adhere to the highest standards of quality, regulatory compliance, and safety protocols. Your responsibilities will include, but not be limited to:

• Developing, implementing, and maintaining quality management systems to meet international and local regulatory requirements.
• Conducting audits, inspections, and assessments to verify compliance with industry standards, company policies, and legal obligations.
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify areas for improvement and drive continuous enhancement in quality and compliance processes.
• Ensuring that all documentation, including reports and records, is accurate, up-to-date, and readily accessible for internal and external audits.
• Providing training and guidance to employees on quality, compliance, and HSE best practices to foster a culture of accountability and safety.
• Staying abreast of evolving regulatory frameworks and industry trends to proactively address potential risks and opportunities.

Qualifications and Skills

To excel in this role, you must meet the following criteria:

• A Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering from an accredited institution.
• Valid registration with the Saudi Council of Engineers (SCE), demonstrating your professional credibility and commitment to the engineering field.
• Strong proficiency in both written and spoken English, enabling effective communication with stakeholders at all levels.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, to support data analysis, reporting, and documentation.
• A keen eye for detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving, ensuring that all processes meet the required standards.
• Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced, international work environment.
