Key Responsibilities

As a Business Analyst, you will play a pivotal role in bridging the gap between business needs and technological solutions. Your core responsibilities will include:

• Requirements Gathering and Documentation: Collaborate with stakeholders to elicit, analyze, and document business and functional requirements. Develop comprehensive Business Requirement Documents (BRDs), Functional Requirement Specifications (FRSs), user stories, and detailed process flow diagrams to ensure clarity and alignment with project objectives.
• Process Improvement and Analysis: Evaluate existing business processes to identify inefficiencies and propose data-driven recommendations for enhancement. Your insights will drive productivity improvements and support organizational growth.
• Stakeholder Engagement: Facilitate interactive workshops, meetings, and requirement-gathering sessions to foster collaboration among business users, product owners, and technical teams. Your strong communication skills will be essential in ensuring all parties are aligned and informed throughout the project lifecycle.
• Solution Design and Testing Support: Work closely with development teams to support solution design, ensuring that deliverables meet business needs. Assist in user acceptance testing (UAT) to validate that solutions are implemented correctly and deliver the intended value.
• Project Alignment and Delivery: Ensure that all project deliverables are in harmony with business objectives and stakeholder expectations. Monitor progress and address any deviations to maintain project timelines and quality standards.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Act as a liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams, fostering a seamless flow of information and promoting a shared understanding of project goals. Your ability to navigate both business and technical domains will be critical to the success of our initiatives.

Requirements and Qualifications

To excel in this role, you should meet the following criteria:

• Experience: A minimum of 3 to 7 years of hands-on experience as a Business Analyst, with a proven track record in delivering business solutions.
• Methodologies and Tools: In-depth knowledge of business analysis methodologies and the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC). Proficiency in creating BRDs, FRSs, use cases, user stories, and process flow diagrams is required. Familiarity with Agile and/or Waterfall project methodologies is highly desirable.
• Analytical and Problem-Solving Skills: Exceptional analytical abilities to dissect complex business problems and propose effective solutions. Strong problem-solving skills to address challenges and drive continuous improvement.
• Stakeholder Management: Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills to engage with stakeholders at all levels, from executives to end-users. Your ability to manage relationships and influence decisions will be key to project success.
• Educational Background: A Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field is required. Relevant certifications, such as CBAP or PMI-PBA, will be considered an advantage.
