Key Responsibilities

• Financial Record Keeping: Prepare, review, and maintain financial documents, including invoices, receipts, and expense reports, ensuring accuracy and adherence to company policies.
• Transaction Processing: Assist in recording and reconciling financial transactions, including accounts payable and receivable, to support the company’s financial health.
• Bank Reconciliation: Perform monthly bank reconciliations to verify the accuracy of financial records and identify discrepancies for timely resolution.
• Assistance with Reporting: Support the preparation of financial statements, budgets, and management reports under the guidance of senior accounting staff.
• Compliance and Audits: Ensure compliance with local accounting standards, tax regulations, and internal controls while assisting with internal and external audits as required.
• Data Entry and Analysis: Maintain organized financial databases, update records, and assist in analyzing financial data to support decision-making processes.
• Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including finance, operations, and management, to streamline accounting processes and enhance operational efficiency.

Qualifications and Skills

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. Fresh graduates or candidates with up to two years of relevant experience are encouraged to apply.
• Certification: A certification or coursework in accounting principles, such as CPA or ACCA, is a plus but not mandatory.
• Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP, or Oracle) and proficiency in Microsoft Excel, particularly in creating spreadsheets and performing data analysis.
