The role collaborates with cross-functional teams, including business development, product, engineering, and delivery, throughout the presales lifecycle to support opportunity qualification, solution design, proposal development, and customer engagements. It requires a solid understanding of mining operations, solution consulting capabilities, and the ability to engage effectively with both business and technical stakeholders.

The Presales Expert contributes to business growth by providing mining domain expertise, supporting solution development, and helping customers address operational challenges through digital technologies.

• Key Responsibilities:
• Support presales activities throughout the opportunity lifecycle.
• Collaborate with commercial teams to understand customer requirements and develop value-driven solution proposals.
• Prepare solution documentation and commercial inputs for customer proposals.
• Contribute to opportunity tracking and provide customer, market, and competitive insights.
• Design digital solutions addressing various mining operational challenges.
• Support technical discussions and customer engagements.
• Maintain awareness of mining technologies and industry trends.
• Ensure proposed solutions align with customer operational requirements and existing environments.
• Participate in customer discovery workshops and site visits.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure proposed solutions are technically feasible and aligned with implementation capabilities.
• Support the transition of opportunities from presales to delivery.
• Share knowledge, lessons learned, and industry best practices with colleagues.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Mining Engineering, Mineral Processing, Industrial Engineering, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related discipline.
