About the Role

JASARA PMC is seeking a seasoned and results-driven Project Manager – Fit Out/Theming to lead the planning, execution, and delivery of high-impact interior fit-out and theming projects. This pivotal role demands a strategic leader capable of overseeing all project phases—from initial concept through to final completion—while ensuring alignment with client expectations, industry standards, and organizational objectives. Key Responsibilities

As the Project Manager, you will be entrusted with the following core responsibilities:

• Project Leadership and Execution: Oversee the comprehensive planning, scheduling, and execution of fit-out and theming projects, ensuring adherence to design intent, quality benchmarks, and project timelines.
• Cross-Functional Coordination: Act as the liaison between internal design teams, external contractors, and suppliers to ensure seamless integration of all project elements, from structural modifications to thematic installations.
• Budget and Resource Management: Develop and manage project budgets, allocate resources efficiently, and implement cost-control measures to deliver projects within financial targets without compromising quality.
• Risk Mitigation and Problem Resolution: Proactively identify potential risks, address challenges in real-time, and implement corrective actions to minimize delays, cost overruns, and operational disruptions.
• Stakeholder Engagement: Maintain transparent and consistent communication with clients, internal leadership, and project teams to ensure alignment on project goals, progress updates, and deliverables.
• Compliance and Quality Assurance: Conduct regular site inspections to verify adherence to safety regulations, project specifications, and company policies, ensuring all work meets or exceeds industry standards.
• Documentation and Reporting: Prepare and present detailed project reports, progress updates, and presentations for clients and senior management, highlighting key milestones, challenges, and resolutions.

Requirements and Qualifications

To excel in this role, you must possess the following qualifications and experience:

• Educational Background: A Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Interior Design, Architecture, Engineering, or a closely related discipline from an accredited institution.
• Professional Experience: A minimum of 10 years of hands-on project management experience in fit-out, theming, or interior construction projects, with a proven track record of delivering complex projects on time and within budget.
• Team Leadership: Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate multi-disciplinary teams, including contractors, vendors, and internal stakeholders, to achieve project objectives.
• Industry Expertise: In-depth knowledge of fit-out and theming processes, materials, construction methodologies, and compliance standards, including local and international regulations.
• Technical Proficiency: Strong command of project management software and tools, such as MS Project, Aconex, Primavera, or similar platforms, to streamline planning, tracking, and reporting.
• Financial Acumen: Expertise in budgeting, cost estimation, and financial forecasting, with a keen eye for identifying cost-saving opportunities and managing financial risks.
• Soft Skills: Exceptional leadership, organizational, and communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas clearly and concisely to diverse audiences.
• Adaptability: Capacity to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment while managing multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks, and meeting tight deadlines.
