Production Supervisor

Production Supervisor - Riyadh, Saudi Arabia

The Production Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the organization's operations to ensure operational effectiveness, quality, service, adherence to timeframes, and cost-effective management of resources. This role involves leading, motivating, and directing the operation function to ensure volume, quality, and performance.

• Production Operations:
• Supervise all operations functions to ensure the manufacturing of products at volumes, quantity, and cost as established in business objectives and in line with company standards, procedures, and guidelines.
• Supervise operations processes related to new product introductions, including compliance with local regulations.
• Assist in preparing annual budgets and supervise testing, commissioning, after-sales, warranty, site modification, and training activities.
• Ensure adherence to Health, Safety, Environmental Protection, and Security rules to establish a safe and healthy environment and protect company assets.

• Production Quality:
• Supervise Quality Assurance activities to ensure product quality consistency and compliance with established specifications.
• Assist in controlling and implementing practices and standards to optimize product quality continuously.
• Supervise the development and design of high-quality products meeting market requirements, consumer preference, and local regulations.
• Maintain operational performance standards and monitor project budgets and timelines.

• Team Management:
• Manage department staff effectively and efficiently, including time management and quality of work.
• Identify training and developmental priorities and ensure staff are adequately skilled to meet future requirements.
• Coach and mentor staff to improve performance and keep them updated on technical developments, regulations, and best practices.

Necessary Knowledge and Experience: A minimum of 8-10 years' experience in Operations and at least 4-6 years' experience in a similar position in a related industry.

Education and Certification Minimum Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering with a diploma/Master's degree in Business Administration/Management.
