Role Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and strategic Manager Product Enterprise Systems to join our Enterprise and Innovation Team. In this pivotal role, you will oversee the management and delivery of Oracle HR products, including Oracle Fusion HCM, iCIMS, Government Relations Systems, and Travel systems. Your expertise will be instrumental in optimizing system functionality, driving enhancements, and ensuring robust, secure, and scalable solutions that support HR, payroll, and broader business operations.

This position requires a deep understanding of enterprise HR systems and a proactive approach to identifying inefficiencies, workflow challenges, and opportunities for improvement. You will collaborate closely with stakeholders across the organization to translate business needs into practical, high-impact system solutions. Your responsibilities will encompass testing, user support, data management, and continuous system refinement to align with best practices and regulatory compliance.

As a key contributor to Riyadh Air’s corporate functions, you will play a critical role in developing and executing a comprehensive roadmap for the successful implementation and optimization of our HCM systems. Your ability to build strong relationships, gather stakeholder input, and deliver tailored solutions will be essential to driving process improvements and ensuring seamless system adoption across the enterprise.

Key Responsibilities

• System Management & Enhancement: Oversee the lifecycle of Oracle HR products, including Oracle Fusion HCM, iCIMS, and related systems, ensuring they meet business requirements and industry standards.
• Process Optimization: Analyze business processes to identify inefficiencies and recommend data-driven solutions that enhance workflow, compliance, and operational efficiency.
• Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with HR, payroll, IT, and other business units to gather requirements, provide training, and ensure smooth system integration and utilization.
• Testing & Quality Assurance: Lead system testing, validation, and user acceptance processes to ensure reliability, security, and scalability of HR and payroll solutions.
• Data Management & Reporting: Develop and maintain robust reporting tools (e.g., OTBI/BI Publisher) to support data-driven decision-making and regulatory compliance.
• Roadmap Development: Create and execute a strategic roadmap for the evolution of HCM systems, aligning with Riyadh Air’s long-term business objectives and technological advancements.
• Compliance & Security: Ensure all systems adhere to global data protection regulations, internal policies, and industry best practices to safeguard sensitive information.

Qualifications & Experience

To excel in this role, you will possess the following qualifications and attributes:

• A bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, such as Information Technology, Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
• A minimum of seven years of hands-on experience in managing enterprise HR systems, with a strong focus on Oracle HCM and payroll solutions.
• Proven expertise in Core HR, payroll administration, benefits management, and reporting tools (e.g., OTBI/BI Publisher).
• Demonstrated analytical skills with the ability to assess complex business processes and recommend practical, scalable solutions.
• Experience working with Oracle ERP Cloud and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) is highly desirable.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across diverse teams and stakeholders.
• A detail-oriented mindset, coupled with a proactive approach to problem-solving and continuous improvement.
• Familiarity with government relations systems and travel management platforms is a plus.
