• Competitive Hourly Wage: $18–$20 per hour, with overtime opportunities compensated at $27–$30 per hour.

About You

We’re looking for individuals who embody the following qualities and qualifications:

• Passion for Childcare: A genuine love for children and a commitment to creating a safe, engaging, and fun environment through play, reading, arts and crafts, and other enriching activities.
• Strong Communication: The ability to maintain open and transparent communication with parents and coworkers, ensuring that everyone is aligned on the child’s needs and daily activities.
• Availability & Reliability: Availability to work at least three days per week between 7:00 AM and 7:00 PM. Reliability is key, as families depend on you to be punctual, consistent, and dependable.
• Transportation & Driving: A reliable vehicle and a valid driver’s license for transportation to and from assignments. Must be comfortable assisting with school homework, including up to 5th-grade Math and English assignments.
• Experience & References: At least one year of hands-on childcare experience with children from infancy and up. Provide three references, including two related to working with children (paid or unpaid) and one character reference.
• Age & Professionalism: At least 18 years of age, with a high school diploma or GED. Must be able to obtain and maintain First Aid and CPR certifications.

Work Environment & Physical Requirements

Our nannies work in active, child-centric environments that may include:

• Regular lifting, bending, squatting, reaching, and pushing.
• Safe lifting of up to 35 pounds.
• Frequent transitions between sitting, standing, and moving to accommodate children’s needs.
• Outdoor activities, weather permitting, including active play and exploration.
• Quick reactions to emergent situations, with the ability to respond calmly, effectively, and safely.
