Key Responsibilities

• Assist in the production process by preparing workstations, materials, and equipment for efficient operations.
• Perform routine maintenance and cleaning of machinery to ensure optimal performance and safety compliance.
• Operate and monitor production equipment under the guidance of senior staff to maintain quality standards.
• Follow established safety protocols and guidelines to mitigate workplace hazards and ensure a secure environment.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support production goals and meet project deadlines.
• Inspect finished products for defects or inconsistencies and report any issues to supervisors promptly.
• Assist in the loading, unloading, and movement of materials to facilitate smooth workflow.
• Maintain accurate records of production activities, inventory levels, and equipment status as required.
• Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements to uphold operational integrity.
• Participate in training sessions and continuous improvement initiatives to enhance skills and knowledge.

Qualifications

To excel in this role, candidates must demonstrate a strong commitment to safety, efficiency, and teamwork. While formal education is beneficial, practical experience in a production or manufacturing environment is highly valued. The ideal candidate will possess the following attributes:

• A high school diploma or equivalent; additional technical training or certifications are a plus.
• Prior experience in a production, manufacturing, or utility role is preferred but not mandatory.
• Ability to follow detailed instructions and work independently or as part of a team.
• Physical stamina to stand for extended periods, lift up to 50 pounds, and operate machinery safely.
• Strong attention to detail to identify and resolve production-related issues efficiently.
• Basic computer skills for data entry, record-keeping, and communication purposes.
• Reliability, punctuality, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
• Willingness to adapt to changing priorities and contribute to a dynamic work environment.
