Position Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and motivated Improver to join the Landsec Westend Property Portfolio team at our prestigious site located at 62 Buckingham Gate in London, UK. This role offers a structured work schedule with flexible shift options to accommodate operational needs, including Monday to Friday shifts from 07:00 to 16:00, 08:00 to 17:00, or 10:00 to 19:00. The position does not require out-of-hours callouts, ensuring a balanced work-life integration for the successful candidate.

Key Responsibilities

While detailed responsibilities for this role are available upon request, the primary focus of the Improver will be to support the maintenance and upkeep of the property portfolio. This includes assisting with general repairs, maintenance tasks, and ensuring the site adheres to high standards of cleanliness and safety.
