Cashier - Customer Service Champion

The Cashier role is a pivotal customer service position, responsible for delivering swift, friendly, accurate, and secure service to our valued customers. Key responsibilities include:

• Efficiently processing Checkout and Return transactions
• Monitoring and maintaining the Self-Checkout area
• Proactively seeking product knowledge to inform customers and identify sales opportunities
• Adhering to all policies and procedures to minimize shrink

As a Head Cashier, you will also:

• Position and support Cashiers by expediting price checks and approving Point of Sale transactions
• Provide first-level escalation for customer issues
• Assist in the supervision, coaching, and training of Front End Associates, including new Cashiers

The preferred qualification for a Head Cashier is a minimum of 1 year of Cashier experience.
