As a Merchandising Execution Associate (MEA), you will play a pivotal role in ensuring that our stores deliver an exceptional shopping experience to every customer. Your responsibilities will center on maintaining optimal product stock levels, executing precise merchandising strategies, and upholding the highest standards of safety, accuracy, and efficiency. Key Responsibilities

In this position, you will collaborate with suppliers, store teams, and leadership to execute merchandising initiatives that enhance product visibility and customer engagement. Your duties will include:

• Supplier Collaboration: Partner with suppliers to implement price changes, product rotation, and special projects that elevate product displays and meet supplier expectations. Your efforts will directly contribute to improving how products are presented to customers.
• Sales and Growth Enablement: Execute strategic merchandising plans designed to drive sales by ensuring products are displayed correctly and attractively. Your work will help create an inviting shopping environment that encourages customer purchases.
• Display and Fixture Maintenance: Build and refresh displays, fixtures, and promotional materials using basic hand tools and power tools. You will also update signage, brochures, and other visual merchandising elements to maintain a cohesive and appealing store layout.
• Operational Excellence: Work collaboratively in a team environment, reporting to on-site supervision, to serve multiple departments within the store. This role requires physical stamina, including repetitive lifting, bending, and operating lift equipment to ensure products are accessible and well-organized.
• Customer and Team Engagement: Foster strong relationships with store associates and provide outstanding customer service to both internal and external customers. Your proactive communication and teamwork will be essential to maintaining a high-performing store environment.
