Position Overview

As a Merchandising Execution Associate (MEA), you will play a pivotal role in ensuring that our store maintains an optimal product presentation, delivering an exceptional shopping experience for our customers. Your responsibilities will encompass stocking, merchandising, and executing strategic initiatives to enhance product visibility while upholding the highest standards of safety, accuracy, and efficiency. Key Responsibilities

• Merchandising Execution: Execute price changes, product rotation, and special projects to optimize product displays, ensuring alignment with supplier requirements and customer expectations. Your efforts will directly contribute to enhancing the visual appeal and accessibility of our merchandise.
• Sales Enablement and Growth: Implement merchandising strategies designed to maximize product visibility and drive sales. Collaborate with store teams to ensure products are displayed correctly, leveraging your expertise to create compelling visual presentations that attract and engage customers.
• Display and Fixture Management: Construct and maintain displays and fixtures using basic hand tools and power tools. Refresh display materials, signage, and brochures to maintain a fresh and inviting store environment that encourages customer interaction and purchasing decisions.
• Operational Commitments: Work collaboratively within a team, reporting to on-site supervision, to provide service across multiple store departments. This role requires physical stamina, including repetitive lifting, bending, and the operation of lift equipment to ensure products are stocked and displayed efficiently.
• Relationship Building: Foster strong relationships with store associates and deliver superior customer service to both internal and external stakeholders. Your ability to communicate effectively and work as part of a cohesive team will be essential to achieving store objectives and maintaining a positive work environment.
