Merchandising Execution Associate

As a Merchandising Execution Associate (MEA), you play a pivotal role in ensuring our customers enjoy a seamless and engaging shopping experience. Your primary responsibility is to maintain accurate and appealing product displays, always prioritizing safety, precision, and efficiency.

Your key responsibilities include:

• Implementing price changes, product rotation, and special projects to enhance product visibility and meet supplier expectations.
• Driving sales growth by executing merchandising strategies and ensuring products are displayed correctly.
• Constructing and maintaining displays, fixtures, and signage using basic hand tools and power tools.
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams, providing exceptional customer service to both internal and external customers, and operating lift equipment as needed.

This role requires full-time or part-time commitment, with both day and overnight positions available. It involves repetitive lifting and bending, and on-site supervision is provided.
