Position Overview

As a Merchandising Execution Associate (MEA), you will play a pivotal role in ensuring that our store maintains an optimal product presentation to deliver an exceptional shopping experience for our customers. Your responsibilities will center on executing merchandising strategies with precision, adhering to safety protocols, and driving operational efficiency. This role requires a keen eye for detail, a commitment to accuracy, and the ability to collaborate effectively within a dynamic team environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Merchandise Execution and Maintenance: You will be responsible for stocking products, executing price changes, and rotating inventory to maintain freshness and alignment with store standards. Your efforts will directly contribute to enhancing the customer’s shopping journey by ensuring products are accessible, well-organized, and visually appealing.
• Supplier Collaboration and Project Execution: MEAs will work closely with suppliers to implement special projects aimed at improving product displays and meeting supplier expectations. This includes building and refreshing displays, fixtures, and signage to maximize product visibility and appeal.
• Sales Enablement and Growth: You will execute merchandising strategies designed to drive sales by ensuring products are displayed correctly and prominently. This may involve constructing displays using basic hand tools and power tools, as well as updating promotional materials to align with marketing campaigns.
• Operational Excellence: MEAs operate in a fast-paced environment, working in teams under the guidance of on-site supervision. The role demands physical stamina, including repetitive lifting, bending, and the operation of lift equipment to stock and arrange merchandise efficiently.
• Customer and Team Collaboration: Building strong relationships with store associates is essential to fostering a cohesive and productive work environment. You will provide superior customer service to both internal and external customers, ensuring seamless operations and a positive experience for all stakeholders.

Position Requirements

This role is available in both day and overnight shifts, offering flexibility for full-time or part-time employment. Ideal candidates will demonstrate a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and the ability to thrive in a team-oriented setting. Prior experience in retail, merchandising, or a related field is beneficial but not required, as comprehensive training will be provided.
