Cashier - Customer Service & Transaction Processing

Our Cashiers are the face of our customer service, ensuring fast, friendly, accurate, and secure transactions. They are responsible for:

• Processing checkout and return transactions with efficiency and accuracy.
• Monitoring and maintaining the self-checkout area.
• Proactively seeking product knowledge to provide customers with information and identify sales opportunities.
• Adhering to all policies and procedures to minimize shrink.

As a Head Cashier, you will also:

• Position and support Cashiers by expediting price checks, approving POS transactions, and markdowns.
• Provide first-level escalation for customer issues.
• Assist in the supervision, coaching, and training of other Front End Associates.

Preferred qualifications include 1+ years of Cashier experience.
