Position Overview

We are seeking motivated and detail-oriented individuals to join our team as Merchandising Execution Associates (MEAs). In this role, you will play a critical part in ensuring that our products are stocked, organized, and presented in a way that enhances the shopping experience for our customers. Your responsibilities will focus on maintaining high standards of safety, accuracy, and efficiency while collaborating with store teams and suppliers to achieve operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

• Product Merchandising and Execution: Execute price changes, product rotation, and special projects to optimize product displays. Your work will directly contribute to meeting supplier expectations and improving the visual appeal of our merchandise.
• Sales and Growth Enablement: Implement strategies to ensure products are displayed correctly, driving sales and enhancing customer engagement. You will build and refresh displays, fixtures, and signage to create an inviting and organized retail environment.
• Operational Execution: Work collaboratively in a team environment under the guidance of on-site supervision. Your role will involve serving multiple departments within the store, requiring physical activities such as repetitive lifting, bending, and operating lift equipment to maintain inventory levels and presentation standards.
• Relationship Building and Customer Service: Foster strong relationships with store associates and provide exceptional service to both internal and external customers. Your ability to communicate effectively and work as part of a cohesive team will be essential to achieving store objectives.
