Cashier - Customer Service & Sales

Our Cashiers are the face of our customer service, ensuring fast, friendly, accurate, and secure transactions. Key responsibilities include:

• Processing Checkout and Return transactions
• Monitoring and maintaining Self-Checkout areas
• Proactively seeking product knowledge to provide information and identify sales opportunities
• Adhering to all policies and procedures to minimize shrink

As a Head Cashier, you'll also:

• Position and support Cashiers by expediting price checks and approving transactions
• Provide first-level escalation for customer issues
• Assist in the supervision, coaching, and training of Front End Associates

The preferred qualification for a Head Cashier is 1+ years of Cashier experience.
