About You: You're an engaging, creative, child-focused individual who genuinely enjoys children and is willing to have fun, play, read, do arts and crafts, and similar activities in families' homes. You value communication, are reliable, and have at least one year of day-to-day childcare experience with children ages infant and up. You're available at least three days per week, have a reliable vehicle and valid driver's license, and can assist with school homework up to 5th-grade Math and English assignments. You're at least 18 years of age or older and can provide three references, two related to working with children.

Working Conditions and Requirements: The work environment is active, kid-centric, and may involve regular lifting, bending, squatting, reaching, and pushing.
