Key Responsibilities

Your core duties will revolve around executing merchandising initiatives that align with our strategic goals and supplier expectations. These include:

• Product Merchandising and Execution: Ensure products are stocked, rotated, and displayed in accordance with company standards and supplier guidelines to maximize customer engagement and sales potential.
• Price Management and Promotions: Accurately execute price changes, promotional setups, and special projects to enhance product visibility and meet supplier requirements.
• Display and Fixture Management: Build, refresh, and maintain visually appealing displays and fixtures using both basic hand tools and power tools. Update signage, brochures, and promotional materials to align with marketing campaigns and seasonal initiatives.
• Collaboration and Teamwork: Work closely with store associates, supervisors, and suppliers to ensure seamless execution of merchandising plans. Foster strong relationships with internal teams to support operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.
• Customer-Centric Service: Provide exceptional service to both internal customers (store associates) and external customers by maintaining a clean, organized, and visually appealing store environment that enhances the shopping experience.

Operational Commitments and Work Environment

This role requires physical stamina and adaptability, as MEAs are expected to perform repetitive tasks such as lifting, bending, and operating lift equipment. You will work in a team-based setting with on-site supervision, contributing to multiple departments within the store to ensure cohesive execution of merchandising strategies. Whether you prefer a day shift or overnight position, this role offers flexibility to accommodate your schedule while maintaining a strong commitment to operational commitments and safety protocols.

Qualifications and Ideal Candidate Profile

• Prior experience in retail, merchandising, or a related field is preferred but not required.
• Proficiency in using basic hand tools and power tools, with the ability to follow safety guidelines.

• Physical ability to perform repetitive tasks, including lifting up to 50 pounds, bending, and operating lift equipment.
