Merchandising Execution Associate

As a Merchandising Execution Associate (MEA), you play a pivotal role in ensuring our stores offer an exceptional shopping experience. Your primary responsibility is to ensure products are accurately stocked and properly displayed, always prioritizing safety, precision, and efficiency.

Your key tasks include:

• Implementing price changes, product rotation, and special projects to enhance product presentation and meet supplier expectations.
• Driving sales growth by executing merchandising strategies and ensuring products are displayed correctly.
• Constructing and maintaining displays and fixtures using basic hand tools and power tools, as well as refreshing display materials, signage, and brochures.

As part of a collaborative team, with on-site supervision, you will:

• Provide service to multiple departments, requiring repetitive lifting, bending, and operating lift equipment.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with store associates and deliver superior customer service to both internal and external customers.

We offer both day and overnight positions, as well as full-time and part-time opportunities.
