As a Lot Associate, you'll play a pivotal role in ensuring our customers' visit is smooth and efficient from start to finish. Your primary responsibilities will include:

• Assisting customers with loading their vehicles, ensuring a safe and convenient experience.
• Monitoring and maintaining the store entrance, creating a welcoming atmosphere for our customers.
• Maintaining an adequate supply of carts near the entrance to facilitate easy shopping.
• Collaborating with Home Depot associates to ensure seamless customer service throughout the store.

Given that you'll often be the first and last associate customers interact with, exceptional customer service skills are crucial. Direct customer interaction is a frequent aspect of this role, and we value associates who can provide outstanding service that reflects our commitment to customer satisfaction.
