Cashier - Customer Service Champion

Our Cashiers are the face of our customer service, ensuring every transaction is fast, friendly, accurate, and secure. Your role involves:

• Processing checkout and return transactions with speed and precision.
• Monitoring and maintaining the self-checkout area.
• Actively seeking product knowledge to inform customers and identify sales opportunities.
• Adhering to all policies and procedures to minimize shrink.

As a Head Cashier, you'll also:

• Position and support Cashiers by expediting price checks and approving transactions.
• Provide first-level escalation for customer issues.
• Assist in the supervision, coaching, and training of other Front End Associates.

We prefer candidates with 1+ years of Cashier experience for the Head Cashier role.
