Greenberg Traurig (GT), a globally recognized law firm with a presence in 15 countries, is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented IT Account Administration Specialist to join our dynamic IT Account Administration Team at our Riyadh Regional Headquarters office. Key Responsibilities
As an IT Account Administration Specialist, you will play a critical role in ensuring the seamless operation of IT systems and user access management. Your core responsibilities will include:
- Account Management: Creating, maintaining, and deactivating user accounts across multiple systems, including Active Directory, ADERANT, Microsoft Entra (Azure), and third-party platforms such as Dropbox, BOX, Google Workspace, Sharefile, Preparis, eFax, PingOne Identity, ZOOM, and others.
- Access Control: Provisioning and managing restricted system access, ensuring compliance with firm policies and security protocols. Timely suspension of access for departing employees is a key priority.
- Distribution Lists & Cloud Groups: Creating and maintaining firm-wide distribution lists in on-premises Active Directory and cloud-based groups in Microsoft Entra (Azure).
- Ticketing & Issue Resolution: Logging, tracking, and updating all requests via the Ivanti ticketing system. Identifying escalation issues, collaborating with the Office of Firm Counsel for approvals, and maintaining SQL databases for user recertification.
- Tier I Support & On-Call Duties: Providing first-line technical support and participating in on-call rotations to address urgent IT account administration needs.
- Training & Development: Assisting in the training of new Helpdesk representatives and Account Administration personnel, ensuring adherence to best practices and firm policies.
- Advanced Support: Delivering specialized support for HR and the Office of Firm Counsel, including troubleshooting and system enhancements.
- Process Improvement: Identifying opportunities to enhance the Account Administration function, contributing to the development of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and Quick Reference Cards (QRCs).
- Project Participation: Serving as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) on firm-wide technology projects and assisting in the management of small-scale initiatives as assigned.
- Documentation & Compliance: Maintaining up-to-date documentation, reviewing communications regarding new policies, procedures, and system changes or outages, and ensuring compliance with GT’s IT policies and security standards.
Qualifications & Competencies
To excel in this role, you must possess the following skills and qualifications:
- Technical Proficiency: Advanced knowledge of Active Directory, ADERANT, and Microsoft Entra (Azure), along with familiarity with third-party systems such as Dropbox, BOX, Google Workspace, and others. Experience with Helpdesk and call center tools is highly desirable.
- Problem-Solving & Analytical Skills: Exceptional ability to analyze complex issues, identify root causes, and implement effective solutions in a timely manner.
- Communication & Collaboration: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey technical information in a clear, non-technical manner. A collaborative mindset and the capacity to interact effectively with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.

This is an in-office position based at our Riyadh Regional Headquarters office, reporting directly to the Account Administration Manager.
